THE FIRST NATIONAL CONTEST ON ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

It’s official! Today, March 31, 2023, the awards for the 1st edition of AM PLAYER, the first Italian contest aimed at businesses on additive technologies, have been presented. Organized by CIM4.0 in collaboration with Reply and Punch Torino, AM PLAYER saw participation beyond expectations. This is an important result that makes us proud and confirms the concrete action of the Competence Center together with its partners as a network of national innovation, supporting large, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Among the participants, we find companies led by professionals who believed in the initiative and embarked on a journey to implement concrete innovation actions.

What satisfies us is that many of the companies we encountered had their first approach to additive manufacturing through AM PLAYER. This demonstrates the willingness of managers and entrepreneurs to increasingly embrace the digitalization of their business and seize the opportunities offered by Industry 4.0.

Third prize: company QUERCETTI with the project “Special Additional Elements in Additive Manufacturing“

Green Award: company QUERCETTI with the project “Injection Mold Inserts with Conformal Channels“

The first-place winner will have the opportunity to print the component in Additive Manufacturing at the Competence Center’s pilot line. All winners will receive a voucher redeemable for engineering, consulting, and training services.
