CIM4.0 – Friday, June 14 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, under the patronage of Fondazione UCIMU and 34.BI-MU and with the support of CIM4.0 Competence Center, organizes the event “Predictive Maintenance: A Driver for Sustainability”, to highlight how the Italian machine tool is emerging as a key player in the context of the digital factory and value creation from data.
More specifically, beyond the “immediate” added value linked to the reduction of failures, a strong link can be identified between sustainability and predictive maintenance, based on various factors that contribute to the environmental, social, and economic objectives of sustainability itself: reduction of waste and resource consumption, energy savings, extension of asset life, optimization of the use of productive resources, energy, and materials, and increased safety.
