With a classical high school diploma and a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin, she is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, associate at “Studio Ranalli e Associati.”
President and/or member of the board of auditors of leading companies operating in the insurance, construction, transportation, industrial holding, and non-profit sectors, she is particularly skilled in consulting activities related to tax and fiscal matters, corporate law, extraordinary finance, evaluations, and corporate reorganization operations.
In the educational and teaching field, she is a member of the Operational Committee of the Higher School of Training of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin, a lecturer at the same institution, and a speaker in various training courses, including the Higher School of Economics and Finance of the MEF. She is the author of numerous in-depth essays on tax law and professional practice.
