Born in Pavia on 04/28/1961. Degree in Chemistry from the University of Pavia.
After a brief experience at the university, she began her career in the industry at the Montefluos research center, Montedison Group, focusing on new lubricants, from research to industrialization and marketing.
Since 1995 at SKF, a leading company in products, services, and solutions in the fields of rolling bearings, seals, lubrication systems, and Condition Monitoring.
She has held managerial roles in Research and Innovation, Business & Strategy Development, Sales, in various locations in Europe and Asia.
She managed the corporate research center of SKF Group for 8 years, creating and consolidating various partnerships with universities and research institutions in Europe, India, and China.
Currently director of the new technologies portfolio, focusing on enabling technologies for Automation, Diagnostics, Machine Learning, Additive Manufacturing, in line with SKF’s ‘reliable rotation’ strategy.
