Born in 1996, graduated in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Milan, she holds the position of Open Innovation & Ventures – Senior Specialist. After a career in the pharmaceutical sector, where she participated in a leadership program in R&D, production, and process improvement, she continued in consulting, working on projects of innovation, strategy, and lean transformation in diverse industrial contexts. At CIM, she contributes to defining innovation services and developing the Venture Lab, the ecosystem dedicated to collaboration between startups, companies, and technologies for enabling concrete open innovation solutions.
