Born in 1971, he obtained a five-year degree in Industrial Chemistry.
He worked for 15 years at the FIAT Research Center, where he developed skills and experience first as the head of the metallography, industrial computed tomography, and additive manufacturing laboratories, and later as the head of the process ergonomics laboratory. On this latter topic, he is the author of several scientific publications and patents.
In 2016, he joined Stellantis in the World Class Manufacturing group as an expert in process ergonomics and workstation optimization. During this period, he acquired new skills in the field of Industry 4.0 enabling technologies (mainly AR/VR and collaborative robots) and obtained certifications as an applicator and trainer in process ergonomics.
In recent years, he has developed and coordinated projects where the use of motion capture systems and immersive virtual reality are aimed at designing factory workstations.
Since 2023, leveraging the experiences gained in previous roles, he has been offering his expertise at CIM for manufacturing industries in the region.
