Graduated in Materials Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, she attended the PhD in Metallurgical Engineering and the first edition of the Academy organized by CIM 4.0, obtaining the title of Industry 4.0 Innovation Leader.
Thanks to the cross-disciplinary experience gained in the European and US Headquarters of Eaton Automotive, she developed a passion for metallic materials, holding various technical and managerial roles at major companies in the steel industry such as Cogne Acciai Speciali and FOMAS Group. She worked closely with large Italian and international companies in the automotive, power generation, aerospace, biomedical, and transport sectors. In particular, she directly followed the creation of the startup MIMETE from the concept phase, the first Italian company dedicated to the production of metal powders for Additive Manufacturing, where she held the roles of Technical Manager, Business Developer, and CEO.
Since 2021, she has been the General Manager at Soliveri, where she is leading the renewal of a historic company with a view to growth and integration with other complementary businesses in the heat treatment sector, focusing on the creation of management systems, strategic development, and technological innovation.
