The star becomes the new symbol of the Torino Film Festival, and the establishment of the STELLA DELLA MOLE Award will make it the highest recognition with which the festival winners will be honored, akin to the Lion of Venice, the Palme d’Or of Cannes, the Bear of Berlin, and the Leopard of Locarno.
The Award will have a completely unique technological component: thanks to the collaboration of the Politecnico di Torino and the involvement of CIM4.0 – a hub formed by the two Turin universities along with 23 industrial partners for the dissemination of skills related to Industry 4.0 – the recognition that will be awarded to the festival winners is made of aluminum through the advanced technology of Additive Manufacturing.
