The V-IR call, already updated with act no. A19 103 of 4\/28\/20, extends the deadline for submitting applications to June 30, 2021 <\/b><\/p>\n
Purpose and scope of the V-IR Call In order to address the health emergency due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the call integrates the amendments of act no. A19 103 of 04\/28\/2020 by establishing a specific intervention line “Covid-19 Emergency” to support services related to the testing and declaration of conformity of medical and personal protective devices and any other component to support the needs that emerged following the health emergency. <\/p>\n Financial allocation Beneficiaries Number of applications For the “Covid-19 Emergency” intervention line, each proposer can submit one or more applications: each application can also contain more than one service.<\/p>\n Eligible expenses Duration of the service Type of facilitation <\/p>\n Types of eligible interventions<\/strong><\/p>\n A \u2013 Technical services for testing of improved and\/or innovative products and processes<\/u><\/p>\n \u2013 Support services for the subsequent phases of detailed design<\/p>\n B \u2013 Support services for advanced certification<\/u> (testing and laboratory trials)<\/p>\n \u2013 Technical support services for the implementation of management systems and system certification according to schemes of internationally relevant regulatory and regulatory bodies, support services for the adoption of advanced certification schemes capable of significantly contributing to the enhancement of companies’ competitive capabilities, technical support for product certification.<\/p>\n C \u2013 Provision of equipment<\/u><\/p>\n \u2013 Services aimed at supporting innovation through the use of scientific equipment, such as laboratories and databases<\/p>\n D \u2013 Specific qualified services for collective demand<\/u><\/p>\n These are specialized services for collective demand aimed at developing widespread innovation processes in supply chains and production systems (supply chain certification)<\/p>\n In relation to the “Covid-19 Emergency” intervention line, projects aimed at addressing the Covid-19 emergency are eligible for contribution, with specific reference to services for research and innovation and declaration of conformity of medical devices, personal protective equipment, and any other component to support the needs that emerged following the health emergency, through the acquisition of one or more of the types of services provided by the call and\/or in particular tests for the declaration of conformity of such devices and the related issuance of certification.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>To facilitate the meeting between supply and demand for research and innovation by promoting access to public and private research infrastructures capable of offering research and technology transfer services to companies to support the development of innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>10 million euros under the POR-FESR 2014-2020, of which 1 million is primarily allocated to the “Covid-19 Emergency” intervention line.<\/p>\n
\nSmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), individually<\/strong> and, for the services referred to in the subsequent point 2.2 letter D), the application must be submitted by a legal entity<\/strong>, already existing, predominantly composed of SMEs<\/strong> and largely representative of a specific production and\/or technological sector on a regional and\/or provincial basis for the development of collective research projects<\/strong> aimed at meeting the specific needs of the members and the subsequent transfer and dissemination of the results (e.g., Trade Association, Consortium or Consortium Company, Network-subject pursuant to Law no. 134\/2012).<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Each proposer can submit one or more applications. For each application, only one type of service can be requested. <\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Expenses related to the acquisition of the service provided by the chosen research infrastructure are considered eligible.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>6 months<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The facilitation is granted under the de minimis<\/em> regulation with a non-repayable grant, covering a maximum of 70% of the eligible costs of the purchased service, with a minimum of 20,000 euros up to a maximum contribution of 200,000 euros. With reference to the “Covid-19 Emergency” intervention line, the facilitation will be granted, covering 100% of the eligible costs, from a minimum contribution of 1,500 euros to a maximum of 10,000 euros. <\/p>\n
