VII edition of CIM4.0 Academy and Innovation Manager Certification BeManager – Federmanager Academy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

CIM4.0, in collaboration with Federmanager Torino<\/a>, promotes the provision of 4 scholarships<\/strong> to finance participation in the VII edition of the CIM4.0 Academy<\/a> starting on October 3, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program includes<\/h3>\n

\u2014 Training modules \u2013 CIM4.0 Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Supplementary training module \u201cINNOVATION\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Federmanager Academy<\/strong> Enhances the specific training provided by the CIM4.0 Academy with a focus on certain technical aspects related to the managerial\/organizational role of the Innovation Manager.<\/p>\n

\u2014\u201cINNOVATION MANAGER\u201d Certification BeManager Federmanager\/RINA<\/strong>
\nQualified certification (UNI 11369 Standard), which recognizes managerial and technical skills and certifies curricular competencies and soft skills, i.e., transversal competencies, abilities, and personal characteristics possessed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n

To participate in the announcement, candidates must meet the following requirements:
\n\u2014 Be registered with Federmanager
\n\u2014 Have obtained a Diploma or Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s)
\n\u2014 Be 30 years old by the deadline of the announcement
\n\u2014 Have held managerial positions (Technical area managers and business division managers) as employees for at least 3 years, specifically with experience in managing innovation projects (requirement requested by the Certification)<\/em>
\n\u2014 Have at least a B level knowledge of the English language (CEFR) (requirement requested by the Certification)<\/em>
\n\u2014 Be registered on unemployment lists<\/p>\n

2. APPLICATION SUBMISSION<\/h3>\n

Candidates must submit their application by September 12, 2025<\/strong>, by completing the form<\/strong> and uploading the following documents:
\n\u2014 Curriculum Vitae in European format
\n\u2014 Self-certification of diploma\/degree achievement (Bachelor’s, Master’s) indicating the Institution, year of achievement, score, and thesis topic
\n\u2014 Self-certification indicating income<\/p>\n

3. CANDIDATE SELECTION<\/h3>\n

Following the application deadline, the possession of the requirements related to the date of submission and the completeness of the application with the required attachments will be verified. The absence of these conditions will automatically exclude the application; the exclusion will be notified via email to the address indicated in the application form. <\/p>\n

Candidates meeting the above requirements will be able to access the selection, which includes an evaluation conducted by the Technical\/Scientific Committee<\/em> of the CIM4.0 Academy, whose judgment is final. The scholarships will be awarded based on the evaluation of curricula, age requirements, previously held roles in the company, and skills. At the end of the evaluation process, selected candidates will be notified at the email address indicated in the application form. Should any of the winners decline, the scholarship will be awarded to the next in the ranking order. <\/p>\n

4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/h3>\n

The personal data directly provided by the candidates through the scholarship application within the framework of this announcement will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection. In particular, the processing will be carried out, with the candidate’s consent, as described in the attached information pursuant to art.13 of the EU Regulation 679\/2016 (GDPR). <\/p>\n
