The Competence Industry Manufacturing CIM4.0 promotes the provision of 10 scholarships for young graduates with limited work experience for free participation in the IV edition of the CIM4.0 Academy<\/a><\/strong>, with the aim of facilitating and accelerating the entry into the workforce of deserving young individuals.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The scholarship winners will join a diverse class of about 25 people, including managers and technical leaders with several years of experience already in the workforce.
\u2014 To ensure the most appropriate and effective conduct of activities, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 40 students. The Board of Directors may authorize a justified deviation from these numbers. <\/p>\n

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES AND ORGANIZATION<\/h3>\n

\u2014 The CIM4.0 Academy aims to train professionals with highly qualified skills in managing the digital and sustainable transformation of companies across various industrial sectors. Thanks to its multidisciplinary and collaborative approach, the Academy provides knowledge and skills on the most advanced Industry 4.0 technologies. The educational activities will have a strong multi- and interdisciplinary focus, ranging from data science to additive manufacturing, predictive maintenance, and artificial intelligence. This approach will enable participants to develop the necessary knowledge to successfully address the challenges posed by the latest technological developments characteristic of the Industry 4.0 paradigm.
\u2014 The career opportunities for holders of the “Industry 4.0 Innovation Leader” title are in manufacturing companies and all companies adopting “Industry 4.0” technologies. In these work environments, title holders are expected to engage in activities such as product and production system innovation, intelligent mechanics, advanced design, planning and programming, and complex systems management.
\u2014 The CIM4.0 Academy lasts five months, in a part-time format, and is primarily delivered in Italian. It is scheduled to start in January 2023 (all information is available here<\/a>) and conclude in June 2023.
\u2014 The CIM4.0 Academy requires mandatory attendance of all scheduled educational activities for a minimum of 75%. The detailed course offering is available on the dedicated page<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u2014 La commissione esaminatrice che effettuer\u00e0 la selezione sar\u00e0 nominata dal Consiglio Direttivo dell\u2019Academy.<\/p> \n

\u2014 La selezione dei candidati ammessi consiste nella valutazione del Curriculum Vitae et Studiorum, delle eventuali pubblicazioni e dell\u2019elaborato con cui si argomenta la scelta.<\/p> \n

\u2014 La graduatoria di ammissione sar\u00e0 definita sulla base dei seguenti criteri:<\/p> \n

ISCRIZIONI E BORSA DI STUDIO<\/h3> \n

\u2014 I candidati ammessi saranno chiamati ad iscriversi all\u2019Academy entro le ore 12.00 del 25 gennaio 2023.<\/p> \n

\u2014 Sulla base delle adesioni dei candidati ammessi, verr\u00e0 pubblicata eventuale scorrimento di graduatoria entro le ore 17.00 del 25 gennaio 2023. I candidati ammessi in sede di scorrimento saranno chiamati ad iscriversi all\u2019Academy entro il 20 gennaio 2023.<\/p> \n

\u2014 \u00c8 prevista l\u2019assegnazione di n. 10 borse di studio che garantiscono l\u2019esenzione dal pagamento della quota di partecipazione.<\/p> \n

ACCERTAMENTO DELL\u2019APPRENDIMENTO<\/h3> \n

\u2014 L\u2018accertamento dell\u2019apprendimento verr\u00e0 effettuato con un test al termine di ogni modulo.<\/p> \n

\u2014 A conclusione dell\u2019Academy, ai partecipanti che hanno svolto tutte le attivit\u00e0 e ottemperato agli obblighi previsti, contestualmente al superamento della fase finale consistente nella presentazione di un elaborato scritto (Project work) relativo ad un progetto di gruppo, verr\u00e0 rilasciato il Diploma di Industry 4.0 Innovation Leader.<\/p> \n
