At the Ariston plant in Osimo, quality control of boiler components is conducted in-line, requiring rapid and reliable verification of the conformity and integrity of parts. Simultaneously, at the Genga plant, it is crucial to monitor the sealing of boilers, a traditionally complex operation subject to prolonged times.  ","soluzione":"In the TITAN project, advanced <strong>computer vision<\/strong> systems have been implemented to <strong>automate<\/strong> <strong>quality control<\/strong> at both the Osimo and Genga plants. In Osimo, industrial cameras integrate <strong>artificial vision<\/strong> software capable of real-time inspection of boiler parts along the production line, identifying the presence\/absence of components during assembly. In Genga, with the assistance of Accenture, a dedicated vision system has been developed for checking the sealing of boilers, allowing for accurate and non-invasive analysis of the component's condition during immersion.
