From November 23 to 25<\/span>, it will be among the key participants of the 2021 edition of<\/span>MECSPE<\/b>, at the new location of Bologna Fiere (Viale della Fiera, 20, Bologna).<\/span><\/p>\n

It will be an opportunity to discover all the new features of the fair, including the<\/span>COMPETENCE CENTER SQUARE,<\/span>designed to provide insight into the specifics of the six Competence Centers present at MECSPE with activities focused on guidance, training, and innovative projects in the Industry 4.0 sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

CIM4.0 will be present with a stand PAD. 21, B88<\/strong> and a series of demos in the <\/strong><\/span>COMPETENCE CENTER SQUARE Pad. 21, A78<\/strong>, along with a rich program of speeches involving Team members.<\/span><\/p>\n

The CIM4.0 stand<\/h2>\n

At our stand, you can learn about our services, including the Digital Factory pilot line, the Additive Manufacturing Pilot Line, and our educational offerings, consisting of courses from the Learning Hub, internal to CIM4.0, and the CIM4.0 Academy, an advanced training program designed and implemented in collaboration with the School of Master and Permanent Education of the Politecnico di Torino.<\/p>\n

Visitors to the CIM4.0 stand will be able to understand very concretely what technology transfer means and how to do it: the results achieved by the Competence Center over the past two years together with its industrial and academic partners will be presented, supporting companies, SMEs, and startups in the development of applications, solutions, and products in line with the Transition 4.0 Plan.

Demo Area \u2013 Competence Center Square<\/h2>\n

In the demo area, you can access a series of concrete demonstrations of the virtuous applications of I4.0 technologies, from<\/span>Additive Manufacturing<\/b>, used in the design and production of metal and polymer components, to<\/span>deep learning<\/b>techniques for automatic PPE recognition, up to the application of<\/span>ergonomics<\/b>to optimize process efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can explore the use of<\/span>IoT solutions<\/b>aimed at monitoring various parameters, as well as<\/span>machine learning<\/b>techniques for performance optimization,<\/span>edge computing<\/b>and<\/span>data collection<\/b>on cloud platforms, up to<\/span>virtual reality<\/b>\/<\/span>augmented<\/b>applications useful in various fields, such as plant maintenance, logistics, sales, and training for different industrial sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The journey through technologies will also illustrate<\/span>intelligent vehicles<\/b>with autonomous driving, robotic systems,<\/span>collaborative robots<\/b>, all applications useful for understanding the potential of robotic systems for various functions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, visitors will see<\/span>drones equipped with artificial intelligence<\/b>on-board for environmental monitoring or remote inspection of environments, and AR viewers with a “use case” illustrating a virtual monitoring system used for physical infrastructures.<\/span><\/p>\n
