The grand finale of the CIM Innovation Talent opens! A highly anticipated and meaningful moment where determination, vision, and talent meet for the final challenge: after weeks of trials, the five finalists are ready to give it their all. Technical skills are no longer enough – today, authentic leadership that can inspire and guide is what matters.
\nThe day begins with a moment of introspection: personal questions, reflections on the journey, the bonds formed, and the challenges overcome. Then the room comes to life. Introducing the first challenge is Marco Calabr\u00f2, Head of the Department for Business Policies at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT), who invites the finalists to express their vision on major innovation topics: sustainability, talent, artificial intelligence, and public-private partnerships.
\nAlongside judges Enrico Pisino, Eleonora Marino, and Giulia Marcocchia, CIM’s founding members and guests sit in the audience, ready to test the finalists on key themes for the industry of the future. Serena Ambrosini (Collaborative Innovation, Research and Innovation) opens the discussion with a question about the value of collaboration between businesses and research centers. Marco Gobetto from Accenture invites the participants to reflect on the relationship between sustainability and industrial competitiveness. Cesare Lobascio from Thales Alenia Space explores the topic of market and new skills, while Alberto Piccinini from Fanuc questions them on the role of artificial intelligence and the new humanity. Stefano Festa from Tesar concludes with a discussion on the connection between Italy and talent, the core of CIM’s mission. This is followed by individual interviews, an intense face-to-face with the jury: no longer just technical, but personality, awareness, vision.
