Job Description<\/h5>\n<p>The Junior Process Simulation Engineer will join CIM&#8217;s technical team and contribute to the modeling and optimization of production and logistics processes. The position is open to recent graduates and junior profiles with up to three years of experience. <\/p>\n<h5>3. Main Activities<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop discrete-event simulation models for production, logistics, and material handling processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze process data to build, calibrate, and validate simulation models.<\/li>\n<li>Use Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation as the primary modeling platform.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate alternative scenarios related to layout, production capacity, resources, material flows, and operational policies, also considering Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing principles.<\/li>\n<li>Identify bottlenecks and performance improvement opportunities, translating results into clear technical recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare model documentation and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and technology partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>4. Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in process simulation, manufacturing systems, logistics, and digital twin technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret process data, production flows, layouts, and operational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Italian and good command of English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency with main office automation tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>5. Optional Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic or professional experience with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.<\/li>\n<li>Academic or professional experience with similar process simulation software, such as DELMIA, AnyLogic, FlexSim, Simio, Arena, WITNESS, or other discrete-event simulation platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of manufacturing systems, warehousing, intralogistics, or material handling, together with familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), 5S, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, or continuous improvement methods.<\/li>\n<li>Basic programming and data analysis skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>6. Location<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Turin office or Cuneo office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>7. Experience<\/h5>\n<p>The selection is open to profiles with different levels of seniority, including recent graduates and professionals with established experience. Relevant professional experience for the role, technical skills possessed, and the level of autonomy and responsibility developed will be evaluated. <\/p>\n<h5>8. Salary and Classification<\/h5>\n<p>Expected salary range for the position: \u20ac28,000\u2013\u20ac42,000 gross per year. Classification according to the Metalmeccanico CCNL. <\/p>\n<p>Placement within the salary range and the relative classification level will be determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy, responsibility, and ability to manage complex projects.<\/p>\n<h5>9.
