The goal is to offer a program that combines academic rigor with applied industrial experiences, providing concrete tools to make informed decisions on technologies, processes, and the adoption of AM in the company. <\/p><h3>Hybrid format and operational focus<\/h3><p>The program is designed to be compatible with work activities. The format is <strong data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1417\">hybrid and part-time<\/strong>, with online theoretical lessons, in-person lab days and visits, and practical activities. Participants will have access to the <strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1565\">CIM Additive Manufacturing pilot line<\/strong>, working directly on metal and polymer technologies, post-processing, and quality control.  <\/p><h3>6 modules to cover the entire AM supply chain<\/h3><p>The program is structured into <strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1773\">six thematic modules<\/strong> that delve into the entire value chain: from Design for Additive Manufacturing to technologies, from materials to quality, from industrialization to costs and sustainability. <\/p><h3>Industrial Project Work on real cases<\/h3><p data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2430\">The core of the Academy is the <strong data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2165\">Project Work<\/strong>: 40 hours of work on a real industrial challenge proposed by a partner company. Participants work in multidisciplinary teams, supported by a company mentor, with the aim of developing a concrete and replicable project in their own production context. <\/p><h3>Target audience<\/h3><p>The Academy is ideal for <strong data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2568\">innovation managers, technical managers, R&#038;D teams, engineers, and technologists<\/strong> who already have an introductory knowledge of Additive Manufacturing and wish to develop advanced skills ready to be applied.<\/p><h3>Start and funding opportunities<\/h3><p>The first edition starts in <strong data-start=\"2801\" data-end=\"2815\">October 2026<\/strong>.
