In this constantly changing scenario, the role of the <strong>Innovation Leader<\/strong> is becoming increasingly strategic: a figure capable of guiding change processes, integrating new technologies into production and organizational models, and supporting the competitiveness of the company. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cim4.0.com\">CIM4.0<\/a> \u2013 National Competence Center for Industry 4.0<\/strong>, in collaboration with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/torino.federmanager.it\/\">Federmanager Torino<\/a><\/strong>, promotes the provision of <strong>4 scholarships<\/strong> aimed at managers, technical managers, and freelancers who wish to undertake an advanced training path in the field of industrial innovation.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-26033\" src=\"https:\/\/cim-eu.imgix.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Schermata-2025-07-25-alle-10.50.25.png?fm=avif\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The scholarships cover participation in the <strong>VII edition of the CIM4.0 Academy<\/strong>, starting on <strong>October 3, 2025<\/strong>, and guarantee access to a comprehensive training package that includes:<\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li><strong>CIM4.0 Academy<\/strong>: an intensive, practical, and multidisciplinary 350-hour course dedicated to enabling technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, Digital Factory, etc.) to understand and apply innovation in real production contexts.<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>Supplementary Module \u201cINNOVATION\u201d \u2013 Federmanager Academy<\/strong>: a specific focus on the role of the Innovation Manager, with organizational, managerial, and strategic skills.<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>BeManager Innovation Manager Certification \u2013 Federmanager\/RINA<\/strong>: a qualification recognized according to <strong>UNI 11369 Standard<\/strong>, certifying technical skills, soft skills, and professional curriculum in the field of innovation.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is aimed at <strong>professionals registered with Federmanager<\/strong>, with at least <strong>3 years of managerial experience in managing innovative projects<\/strong>, <strong>unemployed<\/strong> at the time of application, and holding a <strong>diploma or degree<\/strong>.
