An initiative that has the objective of reducing the gender digital skills gap through free and certified training courses, which will start next fall. <\/p>\n<p>The project, selected by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondorepubblicadigitale.it\/scheda_progetto\/tic-4-0\/\">Digital Republic Fund<\/a>, is coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enaip.piemonte.it\/mod\/Notizie\/page\/notizie\/dettaglioNotizia\/Informatica-e-parit-di-genere-arriva-il-progetto-TIC-4-0-di-Enaip-Piemonte-TIM-CIM4-0-e-CnosFap__8532__50.html?lista=1\">Enaip Piedmont<\/a> in collaboration with CIM, <a href=\"https:\/\/cnosfap.net\/\">Cnos-Fap<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tim.it\/\">TIM<\/a> as training providers.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>150 women aged 18 to 35<\/strong> who are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unemployed or leaving the school or university system<\/li>\n<li>unemployed and struggling to find a new job<\/li>\n<li>employed but uncertain about their skills for the future or having difficulty staying in the job market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why participate?<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>These courses are ideal for women seeking employment or wanting to change jobs.<\/li>\n<li>It is a certified European-level program, flexible and personalized based on entry skills, training needs, and personal characteristics.<\/li>\n<li>It is possible to acquire the most in-demand skills in the job market.<\/li>\n<li>A dedicated tutor supports participants throughout the program.<\/li>\n<li>Concrete support in orientation and integration into the job market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The courses<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User Experience Design Techniques (advanced module)<\/li>\n<li>Operational Elements of IT \u2013 working in the cloud and data protection (basic module)<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy (basic module)<\/li>\n<li>Programming and Software Development Techniques (advanced module)<\/li>\n<li>Web Design Techniques (advanced module)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>A project selected by the Digital Republic Fund \u2013 Social Enterprise. The fund was created from a partnership between the public and private social sectors (Government and Association of Foundations and Savings Banks \u2013 Acri) and, experimentally for the years 2022-2026, allocates a total of about 350 million euros. It is funded by contributions from banking foundations. The goal is to enhance digital skills and develop the country&#8217;s digital transition.
