I was born in Turin in 1988 and graduated in Business Administration with a thesis: “Financial Statement Analysis: How Financial Institutions Evaluate Companies” and later obtained a Master’s in “Management, Development, and Administration of Human Resources” in 2018 and a Master’s in “Finance and Control Administration” in 2022 (Thesis: “Industry 4.0: From Digital Transformation to Financial Ratios”, grade: 110 with honors).
Since the start of CIM’s activities (2019), I have held the position of Head of Accounting, Finance, and Control.
I have been working in the financial sector for over 15 years: I consider myself a forward-thinking financial manager with solid experience in accounting, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, public funding, with an interest in topics related to Legislative Decree 231/01 and sustainability, but also passionate about HR and Legal matters.
Qualified with OAM as a financial agent and with IVASS as an insurance agent, I am currently undertaking an internship to take the State exam for qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert (ODCEC Turin).
In my professional journey, it is worth highlighting my role as co-founder and CFO initially, then CEO, in an SME operating in the metalworking sector, during which the company experienced significant growth, along with a considerable increase in business volume (from 2010 to 2018); founder and Branch Director of a financial agency in Turin with the Unigroup Spa Group, specializing in providing financial services for individuals and businesses (loans, financing, guarantees, microcredit).
In my work, there has always been a continuous pursuit of operational and organizational innovations that, through high computerization of processes, bring implementation and efficiency. I am firmly convinced that the modern CFO plays a central role in the corporate organization and is not just the custodian of numbers and the guarantor of compliance, but a true strategic leader: the link between the company’s sustainability and value creation, a professional capable of translating ethical and environmental visions into concrete operational choices, assessable in economic terms.
