The CIM Academy is a unique program in Italy. It is an immersive experience structured over 350 part-time hours, allowing participants to acquire both hard and soft cross-disciplinary skills on technologies and methodologies enabling Industry 4.0.
A training program with a managerial and technical focus supporting the reskilling and upskilling of decision-makers to manage the digital transition within companies. At the end of the program, participants will be able to translate the knowledge acquired into actionable skills through project work conducted on a real case.
CIM’s facilities offer a stimulating and innovative environment, and the Academy provides learning activities directly on pilot lines where participants can experience firsthand the applications implemented by companies.
