Marco Pironti is a Full Professor of Innovation Management, Vice Rector for Innovation and Knowledge Valorization, President of the ICxT Innovation Center at the University of Turin, Director of the Master’s in Management of Emerging Technologies for Industry 4.0 (MET 4.0), and a member of the faculty board for the PhD in Innovation for Circular Economy and the editorial board of the Journal of Knowledge Management.
He is the author of nearly 200 publications on the impact of innovation and new technologies on emerging ecosystems, business models, and corporate strategies.
He is a member of the board of directors of the 2I3T incubator and the scientific committee of Assinter.
He is a lecturer in Economics and Management in the Era of AI at IULM in Milan. He is responsible for national and international research projects in collaboration with institutions and businesses.
As Councilor for Innovation, Smart City, and European Funds for the City of Turin, he spearheaded the innovation and digitalization strategy for the Piedmontese city’s ecosystem.
