In this constantly changing scenario, the role of the Innovation Leader is becoming increasingly strategic: a figure capable of guiding change processes, integrating new technologies into production and organizational models, and supporting the competitiveness of the company.
For this reason, CIM4.0 – National Competence Center for Industry 4.0, in collaboration with Federmanager Torino, promotes the provision of 4 scholarships aimed at managers, technical managers, and freelancers who wish to undertake an advanced training path in the field of industrial innovation.
The scholarships cover participation in the VII edition of the CIM4.0 Academy, starting on October 3, 2025, and guarantee access to a comprehensive training package that includes:
- CIM4.0 Academy: an intensive, practical, and multidisciplinary 350-hour course dedicated to enabling technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, Digital Factory, etc.) to understand and apply innovation in real production contexts.
- Supplementary Module “INNOVATION” – Federmanager Academy: a specific focus on the role of the Innovation Manager, with organizational, managerial, and strategic skills.
- BeManager Innovation Manager Certification – Federmanager/RINA: a qualification recognized according to UNI 11369 Standard, certifying technical skills, soft skills, and professional curriculum in the field of innovation.
The initiative is aimed at professionals registered with Federmanager, with at least 3 years of managerial experience in managing innovative projects, unemployed at the time of application, and holding a diploma or degree. Among the requirements, knowledge of the English language at least at level B (CEFR) is also required.
