At 35.BI-MU with a tangible project: DfAM and augmented reality for a high-performance automotive seat
From October 13 to 16, CIM will also be at 35.BI-MU, the international biennial dedicated to machine tools, robotics, automation, digital manufacturing, and additive technologies at fieramilano Rho.
Within the AITA stand in the AMITALY area dedicated to the additive technologies supply chain, we will present a demonstration station on the application of DfAM in the automotive sector. The demonstrator illustrates the development path of a seat structure for high-performance sports cars, designed to leverage the potential of additive manufacturing in terms of weight reduction, functional integration, geometric freedom, and performance optimization.
