About CIM
CIM – Competence for Industry and Manufacturing is the national Competence Center for the digital and sustainable transformation of the manufacturing industry. Founded on the initiative of the Polytechnic and the University of Turin, with the support of 21 founding companies and significant industrial partners, it is recognized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy as a reference point for applied innovation.
We deploy technologies, continuous training, and advanced skills to assist companies in improving processes, developing new products, and enhancing competitive growth. Through calls, services, and customized projects, we support companies of all sizes in testing solutions, validating technologies, and developing strategic skills.

Learning Hub
We promote technical and managerial training as a strategic lever for growth. Our programs are built on the skills demanded by the market and originate directly in productive contexts, to train professionals capable of leading innovation.
The flagship of our training is the CIM Academy program for entrepreneurs, managers, technical area leaders, and freelancers, aiming to transfer cross-disciplinary and multidisciplinary skills on Industry 4.0 topics.
