In detail, the purpose of Solve Lub is to analyze the coolant in its four components: % concentration of emulsified oil, pH, conductivity, and temperature. These values are analyzed based on a history present in the integrated PLC and send the data via a GSM network to a specially designed phone app.
The plant owner, by reviewing the recorded values, decides how to proceed, whether to replace or treat the coolant. The system serves machines with tanks up to 100 liters and entire lines with dozens of cubic meters of emulsion.
The system is presented with a single module and requires no modifications to the client’s plant.
Based on these premises, the study began with the software cycle to optimize this process and subsequently addressed the space requirements, a significant issue considering it must be versatile and compact.
