The course provides the theoretical and practical foundations of the main data analysis and machine learning techniques. Advanced Deep Learning (DL) techniques are presented, offering an overview of models such as RNN (Recurrent Neural Networks), LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), and an introduction to transformers.

The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to apply key Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to real-world datasets. Students will learn how to implement regression, classification, and clustering algorithms, while gaining an overview of neural networks and their application in sequential data analysis.
Participants will be able to process, clean, and normalize data to prepare it for analysis, choose and correctly apply ML and DL algorithms, and have an initial introduction to Transformers.
Experience in Python programming.
