• Definition of DesignOps responsibilities in companies developing digital products
• Articulation of impact and description of approaches to define metrics and KPIs
• Corporate case studies on the impact of DesignOps strategies on the efficiency and effectiveness of design and product teams
Managers and designers interested in learning about and introducing design operations within digital product development companies and design consulting
• Provide an overview of the conceptual basis and empirical application of DesignOps principles
• Provide tools to define and create an approach to managing and workflow of design teams
• Define methods and approaches to quantify the impact and return on investment of design process optimization
