Welcoming them are judges Enrico Pisino and Eleonora Marino, ready to guide them through an intense day of training and practical tests designed to highlight technical skills, strategic vision, and collaboration abilities. Joining them is Alessandro Renna, the third judge of this episode, who will bring a perspective focused on soft skills and leadership, essential qualities for those who wish to lead innovation.
The participants begin to get to know each other, and after the training session, they engage in a laboratory challenge: programming collaborative robots for the construction of a structure, demonstrating precision, determination, and team spirit.
