The CIM Innovation Talent 2025, conceived by CIM – Competence for Industry and Manufacturing in collaboration with 4c Group, is the first television talent show dedicated to the future leaders of the Italian industry, airing every Wednesday from November 5 to December 10 on Class CNBC (Sky channel 507)

From selections to the final, participants face challenges inspired by the major themes of industrial transformation — AI, automation, additive manufacturing, sustainability, and World Class Manufacturing.
A journey that tells of competence, passion, and vision.
