Youth, skills, and innovation: the industry comes to TV with CIM

Five talents, real challenges, energy, and vision: follow the journey leading to the crowning of the first CIM Innovation Talent 2025.

Starting from November 5 on Class CNBC (channel 507 of Sky Italia), CIM Innovation Talent 2025 kicks off, the first TV talent show dedicated to the future leaders of industrial innovation.
An original format created by CIM in collaboration with 4C Group, bringing the real challenges of manufacturing to TV, amidst technology, training, and impact.

What happens in each episode

Ten young candidates faced trials, interviews, and tests to secure one of the five spots in the journey of CIM Innovation Talent 2025.
The five selected talents, all under 30 with STEM and economic backgrounds, embark on a journey where theory and practice intertwine, tackling the major themes of industrial innovation: process digitalization, advanced automation, additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, lean manufacturing, and sustainability.

CIM Innovation Talent is not just a competition, but a skills laboratory and a career accelerator: an experience that puts participants in direct contact with tutors, mentors, and partner companies, on projects that reflect the real needs of the industry.
A journey that shapes new professional figures, capable of combining strategic thinking, technological vision, and execution skills.
