Mizubot4.0 is a robotic system that automates the material delivery process on an assembly line, avoiding non-ergonomic, low-value-added, and hazardous activities for operators. Thanks to the integrated production sequence management software, it ensures line reliability for customers and significantly reduces the possibility of errors.
It consists of automation capable of picking up, transporting, and delivering materials to assembly lines, installed on an AGV. Mizubot4.0 moves autonomously within the facility based on assigned missions and can recognize and avoid obstacles and people. The system can interact with an automatic warehouse for material preparation. This allows the entire service process to be managed autonomously without operator intervention.
Mizubot 4.0 is based on the concept of “Mizusumashi,” a lean technique for in-line material delivery that allows synchronized material replenishment to production lines in compliance with Takt Time and scheduling with “pull” logic. Unlike current AGV applications on the market, Mizubot4.0 allows multiple deliveries of different materials to various points on the line with a single mission. As an additional strength compared to competitors, Mizubot4.0 can be installed on all AGVs currently available on the market. The ease of integration with diverse environments is an important feature of our system and one of the fundamental paradigms of Industry 4.0.
