She holds a degree in Information Science (Computer Science) from the University of Turin and began her professional career at Olivetti, working in the Networks area and in the research and development area. There, she built a solid technical foundation, initially serving as an analyst programmer and subsequently taking on increasing responsibilities as a business analyst and team leader, coordinating work groups and project activities. She then joined Consoft Sistemi, an ICT consulting firm, where she expanded her skills working as a consultant in complex and diverse contexts such as Finance, Automotive, Large-Scale Retail, and Energy. Within the company, she held managerial positions, including head of the Business Integration BU and head of the Research, Development and Innovation Department, overseeing technology governance, solution evolution, and innovation enhancement.
She currently works in the R&D and Twinning area at CSI Piemonte, where she has consolidated significant experience in the digital transformation of Public Administration and in coordinating complex projects at national and European levels, with particular focus on training, skills transfer, and the impact of innovative technologies on organizational processes.
